The Brief:
Create packaging for a specific product and target audience.
The product chosen was coffee and the target audience was musical composers.
The Solution:
The name 60 was chosen as it was rumoured Beethoven had 60 beans per coffee cup.
A hand-painted pattern was produced with an ink and comb to mimic both musical sound and physical sheet music.
This was digitised and rolled out over three colour ways for different blends of coffee.
